Mekenzie Gear

Mekenzie Gear currently serves as a Grant and Contract Administrator at the University of Denver since January 2024, following a role as Program and Grant Manager at Wholesome Wave Georgia from October 2019 to January 2024. Mekenzie has held various positions in program coordination and association within Wholesome Wave Georgia and has experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Purdue University, focusing on the cloning of long non-coding RNA Dnmt3bos. Additional experience includes a Buying Intern role at Walmart and several positions at Purdue University, where Mekenzie contributed as an Undergraduate Lab Assistant and Biology Lab Teaching Assistant.
