Dr Jeff McCarthy

Dr. Jeff McCarthy is a prominent academic and leader in digital capability and employability at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where various roles include Reader in Digital Capability and Employability, Faculty Employability co-Lead, and Faculty Graduate Outcomes and Alumni Lead. With extensive experience in strategic leadership for employability and graduate outcomes, Dr. McCarthy has also contributed to the development of innovative programs such as the world’s first AMBA accredited 100% Online MBA. Additional roles include Visiting Associate Professor at the University of East London, Associate Editor for Cogent Social Sciences, and membership in several councils and boards, including DMA North and BIMA. An accomplished researcher, Dr. McCarthy holds a PhD in Social Media Marketing Strategy and has published work in various digital marketing areas.
