Madhumitha Ardhanari is a doctoral student at Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter, where Madhumitha received the QUEX scholarship for research on sustainable solutions in ore-sand. As a fellow at Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity at the London School of Economics, Madhumitha focuses on socioeconomic disparities and ecological issues related to the sand trade while developing expertise in restorative justice. Previously, Madhumitha served as Principal Sustainability Strategist at Forum for the Future, leading projects on responsible recruitment and regional food systems, while also enhancing labor standards in the palm oil industry. Madhumitha began professional experience as a research intern in various organizations, contributing to human resources strategies and social initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from LSE and a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore.
