David Blum

David Blum is a highly experienced biochemist currently serving as the Senior Director of External Program Management at Alloy Therapeutics, Inc., where oversight of drug discovery projects for clients is a primary responsibility. In addition, David holds the position of Adjunct Senior Research Scientist at The University of Georgia. Prior to these roles, David was the Director of the Bioexpression and Fermentation Facility, specializing in large-scale fermentation and bioproduction. David's earlier career includes significant positions at Vanderbilt University as a Senior Research Specialist, Diversa Corporation as a Staff Scientist II, and UC San Diego as a Postdoctoral Fellow. David earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Biochemistry from The University of Georgia.
