Jouman Hassan is a dedicated researcher and educator with a strong background in food safety and microbiology. Currently a Post-doctoral Researcher at The University of Georgia, Jouman has previously held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Researcher at the American University of Beirut, where projects focused on water quality and food safety were conducted. With a Master's degree in Food Safety and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the American University of Beirut, Jouman is pursuing a PhD in Food Safety-Food Microbiology at The University of Georgia. Experience also includes significant contributions to teaching, such as preparing laboratories and supervising undergraduate experiments.
