Allison Leitch

Allison Leitch, MCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Head of HR at the University of Glasgow since June 2012, Allison took on the interim position of Head of HR for the College of Social Sciences, enhancing expertise in supporting academic initiatives and collaborating with senior management. Previous roles include consulting and managerial positions at RBS Mentor Services Ltd, Forestry Commission, Tesco Bank, Scottish Legal Complaints Commission, and Tesco, showcasing a robust background in personnel management and training.
