Jade Polly

Jade Polly is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Dean of Culture & Student Support at Social Justice Public Charter School since August 2023. Previously, Jade held significant roles including Associate Director of Special Projects at DC Prep, where responsibility included compliance management and event execution, and Youth Program and Media Manager at Tower of Faith Worship Center International, overseeing program logistics and volunteer training. Jade’s background also encompasses teaching positions at KIPP DC, focusing on college and career readiness curriculum development and secondary education, as well as community engagement experience through internships with organizations like United Planning Organization and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Jade holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and advanced education degrees from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College.
