Andrew Westby

Andrew Westby is the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Knowledge Exchange) at the University of Greenwich since April 2022. Andrew has been with the Natural Resources Institute since October 1987, where Andrew holds various titles including Director UK Food Systems Centre for Doctoral Training. Andrew has a PhD in Food Technology from the University of Reading and a BSc(Hons) in Food Science/Microbiology from the University of Leeds.
