Dharinee Hansjee

Dharinee Hansjee is an experienced professional in the field of speech and language therapy, currently serving as the Academic Portfolio Lead, Programme Lead for Speech & Language Therapy, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich since September 2020. Hansjee also contributes as an Executive Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Language Communication Disorders and serves as a Trustee and National Advisor for Dysphagia at the Royal College Of Speech and Language Therapists. Previously, leadership roles included Head of Speech & Language Therapy at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, Honorary Lecturer at City, University of London, and Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Practice (Leadership) from King's College London, further studies at London South Bank University, and a Bachelor of Speech & Hearing Therapy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
