Simon Lewis

Simon Lewis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational insight across higher education and development sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence at the University of Greenwich since January 2021, Simon previously held the position of Director of Strategic Planning and Insight at Middlesex University, where recognition included winning the 2020 HESPA Data Award and being shortlisted for an outstanding strategic planning team award. Notable experience also includes serving as a Global Evaluation and Research Specialist at VSO, and as a Senior Consultant at the Institute of Development Studies. Simon's early career encompassed roles such as Senior Strategy and Policy Officer at Westminster City Council and Research Fellow at Durham University, where academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Sociology and Social Policy from Durham University.
