Chirag Bhojwani

Chirag Bhojwani, PMBA, serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Guam, teaching Legal Reasoning, Research and Writing within the Public Administration and Legal Studies Department. As Principal and Founder of Blue Continent Strategic Solutions, Chirag specializes in consulting services focused on marketing, communications, and business development in the northern Pacific. Experience includes multiple roles within the Guam Legislature, including Chief of Staff to Vice Speaker Tina Rose Muña Barnes, and various positions related to policy and communications for military buildup and public accountability. Additional contributions to education include instructing first-generation college applicants at Ivy Educational Services and serving as Executive Director for the Democratic Party of Guam. Chirag's previous experience includes roles in journalism and public service, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Guam.
