Oliver Schacht

Oliver Schacht is currently a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universität Hamburg since April 2023, having previously held the same title at Economic AI from October 2021 to April 2023, and worked as a Junior Researcher at Universität Hamburg from May 2020 to September 2021, focusing on machine learning applications in economics. Oliver is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Hamburg and has recently completed a Visiting Scholar program in Causal Machine Learning at Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute, UC San Diego. Education includes a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the University of Hamburg, a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Hamburg, and an Abitur from Gymnasium Ohmoor.
