Sung-Min Pyo

Sung-Min Pyo is an accomplished professional in the field of pharmaceutical formulation and bioavailability enhancement, currently serving as the Head of Laboratory for R&D Pharma Formulation and Enabling Pharma Excipients at BASF since July 2020. In addition to this role, Sung-Min Pyo is a consultant at Pyo Labs, addressing complex bioavailability challenges, and has been involved with Berg + Schmidt as a consultant for Dermal Nano Delivery Systems since April 2016. As a board member of the CRS Local Chapter in Germany and a visiting research scientist at Universität Hamburg, Sung-Min Pyo contributes to advancing research in pharmaceutical sciences. Sung-Min Pyo holds a postdoctoral degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and a doctoral degree from Freie Universität Berlin, along with various positions that demonstrate a commitment to innovation and quality assurance in pharmaceutical technologies.
