Dan Hamilton

Dan Hamilton has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in communications and athletics. Dan'smost recent position was as Assistant Director of Communications at the University of Houston Athletics, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at the University of South Florida from September 2019 to September 2022. Dan also worked as an Intern at the same company from June 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they gained experience as a Communications Intern and Student Manager for Women's Basketball at Syracuse University Athletics, from August 2016 to May 2019. Dan also held a Media Intern role at Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League from May 2018 to December 2018. Additionally, they had various roles at CitrusTV, including Social Media Manager, Creator of No Pulp, and Associate Producer, from January 2018 to June 2018, January 2018 to May 2018, and March 2017 to December 2017, respectively. Dan also worked as a Game Marshall, Culinary Worker, Cashier, and Party Coordinator at Q-Zar Laser Tag from December 2014 to August 2017. Lastly, they were part of the Changeover Crew at Carrier Dome, assisting with event set-up and tear-down, from October 2016 to May 2017, and a Student Journalist at HHSToday/Red & Black from August 2013 to June 2016.

Dan Hamilton completed their high school education at Hillsborough High School from 2012 to 2016. Dan earned a High School Diploma/IB Diploma with a field of study in International Baccalaureate. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, Dan pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at Syracuse University.
