Michael Pede

Mike Pede currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations at the University of Houston since March 2010, focusing on initiatives that support the university's mission and its extensive alumni network. Previously, Mike held positions such as Director of Sales for Live Nation, overseeing sponsorship sales for multiple venues, and Partner at GameDay Consultants, where advertising and sports marketing strategies were developed for various clients. Additional experience includes serving as Minority Owner, COO, and General Manager of the Bay Area Toros Professional Baseball Club, as well as President of Team Texas in the All American Football League. Mike also has a significant background in athletics management with roles at Rice University and the University of Houston. A graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Mike combines a robust sports and marketing background with a strong commitment to alumni relations.
