Reagan Herman

Reagan Herman, PhD, PE, is a distinguished academic currently serving as the Director of the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program and an Instructional Professor at the University of Houston since 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University from 2007 to 2010 and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston from 2001 to 2007. Reagan Herman earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Science (MS) in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 1993 and 2001, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structures from North Carolina State University from 1989 to 1993.
