Shinjini Basak

Shinjini Basak is a current PhD graduate student at the University of Houston, focusing on Vision Science and Physiological Optics since August 2023. Prior to this, Shinjini served as a Research Optometrist at L V Prasad Eye Institute from September 2021 to August 2023, specializing in the ocular surface and anterior segment of the eye. Shinjini's experience also includes working as a Clinical Optometrist at The Himalayan Eye Institute from July 2017 to February 2020. Shinjini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Optometry and Vision Sciences from the Brien Holden Institute of Optometry and Vision Sciences, completed in September 2021, and a degree from Vidyasagar College of Optometry and Vision Science, awarded in 2017.
