Dana Field

Dana Field has a diverse work experience. They started their career as an Area Manager at Celesio UK, where they worked from November 2001 to May 2020. Subsequently, they joined Humberside Police in March 2018. At Humberside Police, they held multiple roles, including Strategic Workforce Manager, ERP Delivery Manager, and HR Services Manager. Their responsibilities included workforce planning, recruitment initiatives, project management of Oracle Cloud HR, and managing HR processes. In 2022, Dana joined the University of Hull as the Head of People Operations, where they are responsible for creating and implementing a modern HR service and contributing to the overall people strategy.

Dana Field attended the University of Hull from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.
