Alexiss Turner is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in higher education. Currently serving as the Chief Content Strategist for the University of Idaho's College of Engineering, Alexiss supports K-12 outreach and develops strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing enrollment goals. Previously, Alexiss worked at Washington State University providing marketing services for Student Affairs and managed recruitment events for prospective students. Alexiss's tenure at the University of Idaho includes roles as Web Coordinator, Program and Web Specialist, and Communications Assistant within the Division of Student Affairs, where responsibilities included content management, alumni communications, and fundraising support. Early career experiences include positions as a Business Editor at Moscow-Pullman Daily News and as a Design Intern at Lewiston Tribune. Alexiss holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Idaho.
