Jodi Walker

Jodi Walker has over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and communications. Jodi is currently the Senior Director of Communications at the University of Idaho, where they oversee all aspects of university communications, including media relations, marketing, and alumni communications. Jodi has a proven track record of success in promoting university programs, research, and initiatives. Prior to their current role, they were the Communications and Marketing Coordinator at the University of Idaho College of Natural Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment materials, promotion of programs and research, development, alumni communications, and media relations. Jodi has also held positions as a marketing and assistant manager at Johnson's Jewelry, a public relations and marketing generalist at Gritman Medical Center, and a contract marketing and public outreach specialist at the Natural Resource Conservation Service. Jodi began their career as a staff writer and reporter at the Lewiston Tribune. Jodi is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

Jodi Walker has a BA in Journalism from Eastern Washington University and a degree from the University of Idaho.
