Jacqueline Tagle

Jacqueline Tagle is a skilled professional in the veterinary and wildlife care field with extensive experience encompassing medical and rehabilitative roles. Currently serving as a Natural Sciences Lab Technician II at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jacqueline assists pathologists in diagnostics for both captive and wild species, collaborating with various institutions for data collection. Previous roles include Veterinary Technician at Portage Park Animal Hospital and Complete Veterinary Team Services, where Jacqueline provided comprehensive medical care and client education, as well as a Wildlife Rehabilitator at Key West Wildlife Center. Additional roles span volunteer coordination for international efforts, benthic and invertebrate surveying, animal care volunteer work, and management experience as a Practice Manager. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
