Ranjitha Kumar

Ranjitha Kumar currently serves as the Director of Innovation Leadership and Engineering Entrepreneurship (ILEE) and holds the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Scientist and Chief Research Scientist at UserTesting and Chief Scientist at Apropose, Inc. Ranjitha Kumar began their career with an internship in the Creative Technologies Lab at Adobe. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, both obtained from Stanford University, with the PhD earned from 2007 to 2014 and the BS from 2003 to 2007.
