Xin Chen is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where roles include co-president of the Geriatrics Interest Group and teaching assistant for Principles of Nutrition. Additionally, Xin Chen serves as a research assistant in Arthur's lab, focusing on head and neck cancer and nutrition.
