An English graduate of the University of Warwick, Alison’s career to date has included working in the voluntary, private and public sectors including ten years working at board level prior to joining Kent.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alison has led numerous large and complex change projects including merger management, reward strategy and culture change.
Alison joined the University in October 2014 as the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development and was invited to join EG in February 2019.
Her responsibilities include all aspects of HR, including strategic planning and development, organisational development, employee relations and managing change.
