Lisa Woodman

Lisa has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources in both the public and private sector, and also had a period running her own HR consultancy. She has extensive experience in FE, with the last several years being in a senior leadership role.

In her last College, Lisa led a number of key people developments, including developing staff engagement and communication processes, implementing staff mental health and wellbeing support and resources, developing robust CPD plans and processes for all staff and leading on performance management.

Lisa is Chair for the AOC NW Colleges HR Group and has held this role for over 5 years.
