Helen Johnson

Helen Johnson is an experienced Careers Adviser at the University of Kent since January 2014, specializing in providing careers education, information, advice, and guidance to students and recent graduates across various faculties. Previously, Helen served as an Employability Adviser, supporting employability initiatives and collaborating with academic staff. Prior to joining the University of Kent, Helen worked at CXK Limited in various roles, including Adult Guidance, Guidance Adviser, and Team Leader, where responsibilities included advising diverse populations on career-related issues and managing a team of advisers. Helen's career began in education at Chaucer Technology School, where teaching and support roles were held. Helen holds a PGCert in CEIGHE from the University of Warwick, alongside a background in career coaching and qualifications in learning development for children and young people.
