Natalie Basden

Natalie Basden has extensive experience in career guidance and employability support, currently serving as a Careers Adviser and Employability Adviser at the University of Kent since January 2012. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Personal Adviser for Medway Youth Trust/Connexions Kent and Medway from February 2007 to January 2012, and as a Learning and Development Coach, Training Assistant, and Management Development Programme participant at John Lewis & Partners from March 2003 to January 2007. Early career experience includes a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower UK from September 2002 to March 2003. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Southampton, an MA in Career Guidance, and a Qualification in Careers Guidance, both from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from MidKent College. A-Levels were completed at Rainham Mark Grammar School in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
