Steph Hughes

Steph Hughes is an experienced professional in employability and skills development, currently serving as Employability and Skills Manager at the University of Kent since October 2019. Previously, Steph held various roles at Kent Union from September 2010 to October 2019, culminating as Head of Volunteering and Graduate Employability. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Governors at Teynham Primary School for a brief period in early 2020 and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Canterbury and Herne Bay Volunteer Centre Ltd from September 2015 to August 2016. Early career experience includes working as a Student Activities Assistant at Canterbury College from August 2008 to August 2010. Steph holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Kent, obtained from 2005 to 2008.
