Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Human Resources from St. Catharine College from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Keana W. also holds several certifications, including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, both obtained in July 2023. Keana also has a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Kroger (June 2019), a Certified Training Professional certification from HRDQ (November 2018), an OSHA 30 Hour certification from the Utah Safety Council (March 2018), and a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (July 2018).
