Luke Windsor

Luke Windsor serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at UKCGE since March 2025 and has been the Dean of the Doctoral College at the University of Leeds since September 1998, overseeing Postgraduate Research. As a Professor of Music Psychology, Luke conducts research and supervises doctoral students in music psychology, music theory, performance studies, electroacoustic music, and critical musicology, with publications in reputable international journals. Previous roles include Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures, and Pro-Dean for Student Education in the Faculty of Performance, Visual Arts and Communications. Luke's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science, followed by a Master of Arts in Psychology of Music and a PhD in Music from City St George’s, University of London, culminating with a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Leeds.
