Samantha Pugh

Samantha Pugh is a Professor in STEM Higher Education at the University of Leeds, with a career spanning over two decades since 2001. Samantha serves as the Director of Student Education and Institutional Academic Lead for Digital Assessment, and has held various roles, including Associate Professor and Lecturer in STEM Education. Responsibilities include developing taught modules, focusing on professional development and employer engagement within the Faculty of Mathematics and Physical Sciences, alongside conducting pedagogical research to enhance the student experience. Samantha leads the PRiSM Group and is involved in university-wide projects aimed at improving student education and employability. In addition to academia, Samantha is a Director at Project Dexterity Ltd, specializing in project management for product development in FMCG and Consumer Healthcare.
