Melanie Jacobs is the current Dean of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Prior to their current position, they worked as an office assistant for the City of Indianapolis Division of Compliance from June 2002 to March 2004. In their role, they provided administrative support to the Assistant Administrator for the Division of Compliance, collected and analyzed data to prepare reports, and maintained both individual and departmental files. Melanie's experience and dedication to their work have made their an excellent Dean and leader at the University of Louisville.

Melanie Jacobs earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Purdue University.
