Cassandra Mikicic's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Cassandra started their career as a Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2004 to 2006. Cassandra then worked as an Associate at Human Rights Watch from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they joined the British Institute for International and Comparative Law as a Consultant and also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they held positions such as Quality and Process Manager (2013-2016), Advisor to the VP for doctoral education and training, international relations, and gender (2016-2017), Senior Advisor to the Rector (2018-2022), and currently serves as the Head of the Office of the Rector at the University of Luxembourg since 2023.
Cassandra Mikicic has a diverse education history. Cassandra attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they earned a Master's degree in International Education Policy. Cassandra also pursued further education at the University of Kent, obtaining a LLM in Public International Law.
