Gianni Vivona

Gianni Vivona is an accomplished legal and tax professional with extensive experience in international tax law and consultancy. Currently serving as an Assistant Doctorant and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Luxembourg since June 2022, and as a Contract Professor and Co-Director of the International Business and Tax Centre at the European University of Rome since May 2020, Gianni also holds an Of Counsel position at Salvini e Soci. Previous roles include Global Transfer Pricing Manager and International Senior Tax Manager at VEON Group and International Senior Tax Manager at Ferrero International. With foundational experience as a Tax Associate at CBA Studio Legale e Tributario and a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, Gianni's expertise encompasses drafting tax-efficient structures, regulatory research, and providing strategic tax solutions for domestic and international matters. Academic qualifications include an LL.M. in International Tax Law from the University of Leiden and various degrees in law and tax from prominent institutions in Italy.
