Seth Goodall has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Seth is currently the CEO of Maine Center Ventures and the Executive Director of Maine Graduate and Professional Center at the University of Maine System. Prior to this, they served as the EVP and Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Santander US from January 2019 to October 2023. Before their time at Santander US, Seth was the EVP and Small Business Administration Director at Santander Bank from October 2016 to January 2019. Seth also worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Regional Administrator for Region 1 - New England from July 2013 to October 2016. Seth's legal background includes working as an attorney at Dyer Goodall, P.A. from October 2010 to July 2013, where they represented municipalities, small businesses, and individuals. Seth also served as a State Senator and Majority Leader for the Maine State Legislature from December 2008 to July 2013. Prior to that, Seth worked as an attorney at McCloskey, Mina & Cunniff, LLC from June 2007 to September 2010.

Seth Goodall holds a Master's Degree in Plant Science from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy from the same university. Seth also obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Maine School of Law.
