Paul Culina has a diverse work experience in the field of athletic training. Paul began their career as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Norwich University from 1992 to 1994. Paul then moved on to work as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Bowdoin College from 1994 to 1995. In 1995, they joined the University of Maine and held various roles including Assistant Athletic Trainer from 1995 to 2001, Head Athletic Trainer from 2001 to 2012, and Director of Hockey Operations / Athletic Trainer since July 2012. Additionally, Paul Culina is the President of the Maine Athletic Trainers' Association starting from November 2022.
