Shafaq Rubab

Shafaq Rubab is an experienced academic and professional with a diverse background in education and technology. Currently serving as a Lecturer and Senior Training Manager at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) since October 2017, Shafaq coordinates training and mobility programs, manages departmental communications, and organizes various educational events. Previous roles include Researcher at The Ohio State University, Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab, and Instructional Designer at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Early career experience includes a position as a Windows Apps Developer at Microsoft. Shafaq possesses multiple qualifications, including a Doctorate in Education from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from The Ohio State University, alongside a Master's degree in Innovative Technologies in Education from NUST and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Forman Christian College.
