In my career spanning over seven years in the realm of football and athletics management, I have cultivated a multifaceted skill set that allows me to bring substantial value to any organization. My experiences have spanned roles as a player, coach, and operations manager, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry. The knowledge and expertise I have gained through these roles, particularly at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB). One of the most critical aspects of my career has been my involvement in the recruitment and development of talent. At UMHB, I served as the Assistant Director of Football Operations and Recruiting Coordinator, managing comprehensive recruitment strategies. This role required a deep understanding of talent identification, evaluation, and acquisition. By developing and executing effective recruitment plans, I successfully attracted top-tier talent to our football program, contributing to our National Championship win and the success of multiple All-American Southwest Conference players.
