Tzong-Ru Lee

Visiting Research Professor at University of Maryland

TZONG-RU Lee has extensive experience in academia and leadership roles within agricultural sustainability and innovation. Currently a Professor at National Chung Hsing University since August 1996, TZONG-RU serves as a Visiting Research Professor at the University of Maryland since February 2022. As Chairman of the International Association for Agricultural Sustainability (IAAS) since January 2017 and the International Agriculture Innovation Conference (IAIC) since October 2018, TZONG-RU contributes significantly to the field. Additionally, TZONG-RU holds positions as Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Agriculture Innovation, Technology and Globalisation since January 2018, Director of the Preparatory Office of APAARI COE for Value Chain, and CEO of the IAC of NCHU-APAARI Center of Excellence on Value Chain, among others. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Texas A&M University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees from National Chiao Tung University.
