James Leung Yin Kow

James Leung Yin Kow, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business restructuring and risk management. As Managing Director at Skanda Business Consultants since 2012, James specializes in business turnarounds and validating business plans. Concurrently, James serves as a member of the Business Conduct Committee of the Central Depository & Settlement Co Ltd, providing recommendations on risk management policies. James is the Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board at IPRO Growth Fund and has been involved with the Central Procurement Board as an evaluator. Additional roles include Subject Specialist at the Higher Education Commission and part-time lecturer at both the University of Mauritius and The Open University of Mauritius, covering various finance and investment courses.
