Francesca Rigano

Francesca Rigano is an Assistant Professor of Food Chemistry at the University of Messina, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this, Francesca served as a Laboratory Supervisor and LC, MS Specialist at Chromaleont srl from January 2016 to November 2019. Francesca's academic journey includes a PhD in Food Chemistry and Safety completed at the University of Messina from January 2013 to December 2015, following a degree in Chimica Magistrale, Scienze from the same institution, achieved between 2007 and 2012.
