Peter Tranchida

Peter Tranchida is a Full Professor in Food Chemistry and Separation Science Consultant at the University of Messina since March 2011, where research focuses on separation science alongside teaching and consulting activities. Previously, from April 1994 to December 2002, Peter served as a chemist at Molini Gazzi in Messina, responsible for the chemical laboratory and the HACCP system. Peter earned a degree in Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche from the University of Messina between 1987 and 1993.
