Jessica Cheng

Jessica Cheng is a dedicated and skilled individual currently serving as the Women's Volleyball Student Manager at University of Michigan Athletics since February 2023, while also fulfilling the role of Resident Advisor at the University of Michigan since August 2022, where responsibilities include planning community-building events and ensuring resident safety. With prior experience as a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at Centene Corporation, Jessica focused on system monitoring and performance enhancement, as well as addressing system issues in collaboration with development and operations teams. Additionally, as an IT Applications Analyst Intern, Jessica contributed to the migration of web services to Amazon Web Services and developed Python programs for data management. Jessica also engaged in research related to cancer vaccine adjuvants as a Student Researcher at Wegmans School of Pharmacy. Jessica is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in 2024.
