Angelica completed a Communication Fundamentals in Healthcare Workshop + Shadowing through Kelley Dillon Consulting, LLC in 2020. In 2018, they successfully completed the Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement (IHI) Open School program. Lastly, Angelica holds the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants.
