Melanie Goodman Keiser

Melanie Goodman Keiser, Ph.D., is a seasoned research and program manager with extensive experience in the fields of medical affairs and clinical research. Currently serving as a Research Manager 3: Program Manager at the University of Minnesota since January 2023, Melanie oversees grant deliverables for DARPA, including the management of subcontract execution and clinical study execution. Prior to this role, Melanie held the position of Medical Affairs Program Manager at Coloplast, where contributions included advancing strategies for chronic care medical devices and managing scientific projects. Melanie's career includes significant roles at Medtronic as Principal Scientist and at St. Jude Medical as Principal Scientist, focusing on preclinical studies and research management. Melanie began the career as a Technical Specialist III at Kerr McGee Chemical LLC, recognized for contributions to battery materials R&D.
