Zachariah Miller is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications for Minitex at the University of Minnesota since March 2014. Previously, Zachariah managed communications for the ATACH-II clinical trial as the Communications Coordinator at the University of Minnesota from August 2012 to January 2014. Earlier roles include Public Affairs Specialist at the National Science Foundation, where strategic communication of scientific information was prioritized, and as a Presidential Management Fellow at the GSA, focusing on web management and digital government practices. Zachariah began the career as an ORISE Fellow at the US EPA. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Physics from St. Olaf College.
