Tye Jordan

Team Leader, The University of Mobile Store at University of Mobile

Tye Jordan is a customer service representative who has been with Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail since January 2017. Tye is responsible for assisting with checking in golfers, making tee times and selling merchandise. Tye is also responsible for ensuring that merchandise is tagged, that merchandise shelves are full and neatly stocked, and that guests are provided with knowledge about golf clubs and other golfing components in and out of the proshop. In addition, Tye has been credited with improving sales by creating discount pricing strategies and training and motivating inside service and outside service personnel.

Tye Jordan received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mobile. Tye Jordan then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Mobile.

Tye Jordan reports to Lesa Moore, VP, Marketing & Public Relations. They are on a team with Heath Vester - AVP, Creative Services, Cindy Bruns - Assistant to the VP, Marketing & Public Relations, and Kathy Dean - AVP, University Communications.
