Darby Waldbillig

Darby Waldbillig, M.S., is currently the Assistant Director of Community Standards at the University of Montana, a position held since July 2023, focusing on student retention and campus safety through restorative conduct processes. Prior to this, Darby served as the Area Coordinator for Residence Life at Carroll College from August 2021 to July 2023, overseeing a residential community of over 330 students. Earlier experience includes management roles at Baker Recreation Center and Montana State University-Bozeman, along with volunteer leadership at Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership. Darby holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Montana State University-Bozeman.
