Emily Harris-Shears

Emily Harris-Shears, MSW, is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in project management, housing policy, and academic instruction. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Franklin Associates and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Montana's School of Social Work, Emily has previously held significant roles such as Senior Housing Policy Specialist for the City of Missoula and Senior Manager at Building Changes. Emily's background also includes positions at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, Catholic Community Services, and various volunteer roles. Emily earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University.
