Krystal Diel

Krystal Diel serves as the Director of Survivor Services at Resilience: Advocates for Ending Violence, overseeing various coordinators and providing clinical supervision for therapists. In addition to this role, Krystal owns Survivor Centered LLC, offering clinical supervision to MSWs in Michigan and Montana and facilitating trainings on trauma-informed practices. As an adjunct professor at the University of Montana and previously at Grand Valley State University, Krystal has taught multiple courses in social work and provided group supervision to MSW students. Previous experience includes working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at St. Luke Community Healthcare, where therapy was provided to diverse patients, along with clinical supervision and support for prenatal and postpartum patients. Krystal's advocacy background includes working as a Victim Advocate and Campus Sexual Assault Graduate Assistant, focusing on sexual violence prevention and education in academic settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Central Michigan University.
